Free Local Pickup
Orders placed in our online shop
Are fulfilled and prepared to ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed for local pickup will receive a confirmation email to schedule an appointment for pickup. All local pickup orders are by appointment only. A password protected login will be sent to the purchasers email address as soon as the order is processed and ready to pickup.
Orders places through email
Are also processed within 2-3 days Email orders are only available for customers who have a credit account on file.
Orders placed by phone call
We can take phone orders. All phone orders are processed and shipped with in 2-3 of placing the order.
Orders placed online for Local Pickup
Orders placed by Oahu island residents can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the login and password for scheduling contactless pickup at our home office in Heeia. In most cases, we can schedule your pickup the next day.
USPS shipping prices
Are calculated at the time of checkout. We offer three options for shipping methods to help our customers stay on track. Please note that we do not offer express fulfillment at this time, but do offer express delivery through USPS.
What day we ship
All of our seed orders are fulfilled on Tuesday and Friday. We prepare all of our packages to ship on Wednesday or Saturday. If for some reason the package cannot be shipped on Wednesday or Saturday, we will ship the orders on the next business day.
Seed packaging is durable
All of our seed is double packed inside a water and air tight sealed plastic bags. They are then placed inside of a durable woven mesh bag for transport. The woven mesh bag ensures the seed is delivered unbroken, and in good condition.
30 day guarantee
We offer a 100% refund on all orders returned to us with in 30 days of the date we shipped it out. We do not cover the cost for return shipping, and will only refund for unopened seed returned in good condition. If for some reason it was not received on good condition, Please contact us for customer support.
Full Refund
All cancellations on orders placed are provided with a full refund if the cancellation is made by email, or phone call notification at least 12 hours before shipment days. If your order placed on Friday, it can be cancelled anytime before Tuesday at 12:00 noon. If your order was placed after Tuesday, it can be cancelled anytime before Friday at 12:00 noon.
Back order fulfillment
On occasion, seed is in high demand and the supply is backlogged for weeks at a time. To ensure we enable our customers to receive their seeds as soon as possible, we will offer seasonal pre-order on select varieties. IF for some reason the seed is on backorder for more than 60 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the full amount. We are located in Hawaii and due to the nature of island life, we cannot always guarantee that our suppliers will follow through and try our best to support everyone involved.
