All of our seed orders are fulfilled on Tuesday and Friday.\u00a0 We prepare all of our packages to ship on Wednesday or Saturday. If for some reason the package cannot be shipped on Wednesday or Saturday, we will ship the orders on the next business day.<\/p>\n

All of our seed is double packed inside a water and air tight sealed plastic bags.\u00a0 They are then placed inside of a durable woven mesh bag for transport.\u00a0 The woven mesh bag ensures the seed is delivered unbroken, and in good condition.<\/p>\n

On occasion, seed is in high demand and the supply is backlogged for weeks at a time.\u00a0 To ensure we enable our customers to receive their seeds as soon as possible, we will offer seasonal pre-order on select varieties.\u00a0 IF for some reason the seed is on backorder for more than 60 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the full amount.\u00a0 We are located in Hawaii and due to the nature of island life, we cannot always guarantee that our suppliers will follow through and try our best to support everyone involved.<\/p>\n
